Why does my app keep crashing?

If you are unable to launch the FYC app, you may be using an outdated version of the app or accessing on an unsupported platform/operating system. Please verify you have the most recent version.

 

WBFYC is available for download for the devices/OS below:

 

  • iOS (iPhone & iPad): iOS 15+, macOS 12+
     
  • Android (Mobile & TV): Android 6+, Android TV
     
  • tvOS: Apple TV HD or 4K with tvOS 15+
     
  • Desktop: Windows 10+
     
  • X Box:  Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S
     

We recommend to ensure your device has completed all required system updates. If you are still experiencing crashes or loading fails, please try deleting the app and reinstalling to see if this resolves the issue. If neither of these steps resolve the issue, please contact support and note your system specifications within your request.
