How do I get support for the FYC App?
NOTE: WE ARE NOW OPERATING ON OUR TV SUPPORT SCHEDULE WHICH IS M-F, 9A-5P PACIFIC WITH EMAIL AND CHAT SUPPORT ONLY. NO PHONE SUPPORT. YOU CAN LEAVE A MESSAGE AND WE WILL RETURN YOUR CALL BUT PHONES ARE NOT MANNED LIKE THEY ARE DURING THE THEATRICAL AWARD SEASON. THANK YOU!
If you’re having trouble with the FYC App, there are several ways to access support:
- FAQ - Need a quick answer? Please visit our FAQ section as many answers to commonly asked questions can be quickly located here.
- LIVE CHAT SUPPORT - Can't find the answer in our FAQ's? You can begin a live chat with a member of our Support Team for assistance. To access chat, you may click on the gear icon in the upper right corner, select 'Support' and you will see the 'Chat With Support' option which will connect you with one of our friendly FYC support agents. You may also access Live Chat via our FYC FAQ page.
- EMAIL SUPPORT - As all user identities are hidden from us by each Guild, we do not have a method for email support built in to the app. If you would like to email us directly you can do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
- SUBMITTING A TICKET - From the FYC FAQ page, click on "SUBMIT TICKET" in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Enter the subject of your ticket along with a brief description of the issue you are having. We will also need to gather a few basic pieces of information from you including your name, email address, and phone number (optional).
