How do I contact WBFYC Support?

During the theatrical award season, our support agents are online: 9am-6pm Pacific, Monday through Friday. Our WBFYC Agents are eager to ensure you receive a timely response. 

 

  • FAQ - Need a quick answer? Please visit our FAQ section as many answers to commonly asked questions can be quickly located here.
     
  • EMAIL SUPPORT - If you would like to email us directly you may do so by emailing [email protected] 
     
  • SUBMITTING A TICKET -  From the WBFYC FAQ page, click on "SUBMIT TICKET" in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Enter the subject of your ticket along with a brief description of the issue you are having. We will also need to gather a few basic pieces of information from you including your guild and contact information.
